We have 24 vibrant neon colour options to choose from. Half of them are white when the sign is turned off and coloured when the sign is switched on, this is called 'white tubing'. The remaining colours have a coloured tube so the sign shows its colour even when switched off.
Our collection of 42 fonts includes cursive, block letter and double-lined font styles. We recommend choosing a double-lined font for larger signs. Double-lined fonts aren't always available for smaller signs. If your existing logo, design or idea has a unique font we can recreate that too. We can work with almost any font to turn your neon dreams into reality!
When using our custom design tool you can create a sign that perfectly suits your needs. Simply select one of the 7 size options, or select "custom size" to adjust it to an exact size. To do this, just enter the width that you want, and the height will be calculated automatically based on the font chosen. If you want your sign to be smaller than the size shown in the 'XXS' option, please contact us so we can make adjustments.
Yes! Our design team will happily work with you to perfect your design for free. We typically get back to you within 3 hours with a mockup and quote for the design. You can request unlimited changes to your design, we want to make sure you love it! If you change your mind and wish to amend or cancel your order before the sign goes into production, we will happily offer a partial or full refund. Once a custom sign order is approved and has gone into production, we will no longer be able to offer a refund.

Yes, LED neon signs are very safe and durable. LED neon signs have a much lower power usage compared to traditional glass neon signs, which means they not only stay cool to the touch, but they're also a much more sustainable option. While traditional neon signs are made using glass, LED neon flex is made using high quality, flame retardant and flexible silicon and acrylic, which makes them incredibly durable and much safer as there's no risk of glass shattering.
The total cord length for our neon signs is 3.5 metres. This includes a 1.8 metre transparent cord that connects to an AC 100-240V to DC 12V 7A LED power adapter and an additional 2 metres of black cable from the adapter to the power socket. If you require a longer cord, we can extend the transparent cord to 3 metres for a total cord length of 5 metres. We also offer USB or battery-powered options for small neon signs. Installing your new neon sign is very easy. Neon signs typically weigh only 2-6kg/4-13lbs and have pre-drilled holes on the acrylic backboard, making the installation process hassle-free. We offer 3 different types of installation kits that can be added to your order to best suit your needs. Screw fixing kit (free) - most popular Chain hanging kit (free) Steel-wire hanging You can also use products like 3M commands strips or fishing wire to mount or hang your sign. These 'DIY' installation methods are ideal for displaying your sign temporarily, or in spaces such as school classrooms or rental houses where there may be restrictions on drilling holes into the wall.
Yes, we can produce neon signs with an IP67 waterproof rating that are suitable for use at outdoor events and permanent outdoor installation. Our indoor LED neon signs can be used at outdoor events, parties, etc... provided it is for short periods in fair weather, and they do not get wet. Indoor signs are not watertight and can not be exposed to wet weather, extreme heat or cold or be placed in locations where they might get wet. Please ensure you select "Outdoor" when ordering your sign if you intend to use your sign outside or anywhere where it might get wet. Please note that indoor signs with water damage from improper use may not be covered under our warranty.
Yes! We use a technique called UV printing to add detailed and vibrant images, text or colours on your sign. UV printing uses high-tech, ultra-violet lights to cure ink as it is printed and lets us create incredibly detailed signs. UV printing can be used to enhance your LED neon sign in a variety of ways. Here are a few: -UV print an exact match of your brands colours or logo design -UV print text that is too small to be made with neon. -UV print colours onto the background
We have experience in making neon signs in a wide range of sizes, big and small! Our LED neon tubing is available in either 6mm or 8mm tubing. The thickness for your sign will depend on its overall size. For larger signs, we can use 2 rows of 8mm tubing to make the neon tubing appear larger and stand out even more. The minimum letter height for simple cursive and non-cursive fonts is approximately 5-10cm. Double-lined fonts have a typical minimum letter height of 10-14cm. For neon signs orders larger than 240cm by 120cm/94 in. by 47 in., we need to separate the acrylic backboard into 2 or more parts to ensure the risk of damage is minimised and the sign is safe during shipping. The pieces can be easily arranged together.
In order for the LED neon tubing to retain its shape, we use high-quality acrylic backboards that can be cut in a variety of different ways. By default, neon signs are mounted on a clear acrylic backboard with pre-drilled holes for installation. We have 4 different backboard shape options, with 2 of them available at no extra cost. Our two standard options are: Cut Around Acrylic -Most popular option with a 20mm clear acrylic border Rectangle Acrylic -Sleek, polished and professional look. We also offer: Cut to Letter Acrylic -Minimal amount of acrylic border, near invisible look -Sometimes we will separate the sign into two or more pieces to ensure there is as little acrylic backing visible as possible. For example, for a sign with 2 words we may separate the backing to eliminate the need for acrylic between the words. This is also done to ensure the sign is as durable as possible. Acrylic Stand -Ideal for signs that will be moved often and tabletop displays. Detachable acrylic base. We also offer different coloured backboards. These include white, black, gold, silver and UV printing for images or other colours.
Our high-quality LED neon signs can last for up to 40,000 hours when used for around 8 hours each day. The lifespan of an LED neon sign mainly depends on how frequently it's used. If you plan on having your neon sign powered on 24/7, we recommend turning it off for a period of 12-24 hours every few weeks so you can get the most out of its expected lifespan.
1）Regarding Adapter Temperature:
It is normal for the power adapter to become slightly warm during use. A surface temperature between 30°C to 50°C (86°F to 122°F) is generally considered safe.However, if the adaptor feels very hot to the touch, emits any unusual smell, or shows signs of discoloration or instability, please stop using it and contact us for a replacement or further inspection.
2）Regarding the buzzing noise from the power adaptor:
A slight humming or buzzing sound from the adaptor can be normal, especially when it's running with low or no load. This is caused by the internal components such as coils or transformers vibrating slightly.However, if the noise is loud, irregular, or accompanied by overheating, flickering, or a burning smell, we recommend stopping use immediately and contacting us for a replacement or further assessment.Please feel free to send us a short video or audio clip if you're unsure — we'll be happy to assist further.
3）When the customer received the neon sign is not lighting up upon setup, one common cause could be incorrect connection of the plug to the controller. Unlike single-color neon signs, RGB signs have a 4-pins connector (four holes on one side, and four prongs on the other), which must be aligned and inserted correctly.
Please ensure the following:
The four metal pins from the controller are inserted into the matching four holes on the RGB connector.Each pin must be aligned with the correct slot — they cannot be inserted randomly, as this will prevent the sign from functioning.The connector should click or fit snugly when fully inserted.

The process starts in Australia, with all communication and design handled by our local team. Once an order is placed, the information is received by our dedicated production team at our own factory in China who handcraft each unique neon sign.

The typical turnaround time for standard orders is 2 weeks, including production and shipping. Add "Priority Production" at checkout to push your order to the front of the queue and receive it in less than 2 weeks. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please specify the date in your order notes. If the date is in less than 2 weeks, please ensure you and priority production as well.

Neon Party online shop - Payment for all signs and products ordered through the Neon Party online shop is taken at the point of sale. This includes custom neon signs designed online using our Custom Design Tool. Our online payment options include credit card, PayPal and Afterpay. Custom Designed Neon Signs - If you are working with us directly to design your neon sign, payment is required in full before production can begin. Once you have approved the design, we will send you a secure link to our website to make the payment. Our online payment options include credit card, PayPal and Afterpay.
IIn the unlikely event that your neon sign has been damaged in transit we will ensure a resolution is provided. We recommend opening your Neon Party parcel as soon as possible once it has been delivered. Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of your neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period may not be covered by our warranty. If you believe your sign was damaged in transit, please contact us and provide photos of the damage.
